Reviews and Ratings
I was a bit shocked by the room conditions at first, but the hotel staff handled the situation swiftly by moving us to slightly improved rooms. Though still not perfect, the rooms were equipped with all necessities, and the classy breakfast made up for some of the initial disappointment. However, compared to previous experiences at Malmaison in other cities, this one fell short and put a slight damper on the overall experience.
The hotel has some great aspects like attentive service and a good location, but there are also some areas for improvement such as room temperature control and wardrobe space in the rooms. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.
I stayed at the hotel in a very convenient location close to various attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean, but the heat and lack of proper amenities affected my stay negatively. The service was a mix of good and disappointing experiences. The dining options were not satisfying, with some items poorly prepared. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
The hotel provided me with everything I needed. The room was very nice, comfortable, and very quiet, except for some noise possibly from a unit on the roof. Despite that, staying here is the way to go.
The hotel fell short in terms of room readiness, with a delay in preparation upon arrival, and an exorbitant charge for Prosecco. However, the attentive and helpful Reception staff truly shone, striving to ensure a delightful stay. The location offered convenience for sightseeing but lacked ambiance despite being close to major attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, albeit at an extra cost, making it a decent choice for a day or two.
I stayed on the top floor, and the room was very nice and worth the money, with a huge bed and a couch. However, it was quite dark without natural light, which made getting ready a bit of a pain.
